1-  Second Division passed master degree in mathematics, statistics, Economics, Commerce

2-  OR O level course conducted by DOEACC (NIELIT)

3-  OR COPA/DPCS Certificate by National state council

4-  OR Degree/Diploma/Certificate in computer science from a recognized university by government

5-  OR Diploma in Computer science and Engineering form a polytechnic Institute Recognized by government

6-  Working knowledge of Hindi Written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture
