- कैंडिडेट भारत का नागरिक हो/ या रहने वाला हो
- कोई भी अभ्यार्थी जिसके एक से अधिक जीवित पति या पत्नी है वह फॉर्म फिल करने का पात्र नही है
- जनवरी 2001 के बाद 2 बच्चों वाला कोई भी उम्मीदवार इस नौकरी के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
- कैंडिडेट जिला चिकित्सा बोर्ड द्वारा अयोग्य शारीरिक रूप से अयोग्य घोषित ना हो (In medical Certificate)
