Physical Test for Meghalaya Khasi Forest Guard Post 2024

Normal Walking : Male 25 km time 4 hour and Female 16 km complete within 4 hour

Height- Male 163 cms and female 150 cms

Height For ST/ST candidate: Male 152 cms and Female 145 cms

Chest- Male 79 cms normal and +05 cms on Expanded

Chest For Female Candidate: 74 cms Normal and + 05 cms on expanded
