Education Qualification

• Qualification 10th passed Candidate, 
• Minimum 1 Year Full time diploma in Cooking/culinary
• Ex. serviceman no need one year diploma
• 1 Year cooking experience in a prestigious Hotel/Restaurant/Gov. Department etc.

• Minimum age : 18 Year
• Maximum age : 27 Year

• Practical trade skill (70 marks)

Salary

• Basic pay Salary Rs. 21700/- rupees after adding allowance basic salary 46210/- rupees per months.

Selection process and Exam Pattern

Stage first- Written Exam (100 marks, 90 minutes)

• Subject : A written test of General knowledge with multiple choice answer objective type. marks 30
• B- A written test on cooking/culinary arts (Objective type) marks 70
• No negative marking 
• 17 Exam Centre across India
• Exam Centre- Ahmedabad, Ambala, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Ernakulum, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna and Vishakhapatnam.

Stage Second – Practical trade skill test ( A trade skill test for cooking including hygiene etc.) Marks 70 

Stage Third- Interview 30 marks

Total- 200 marks, 60% marks in each component

1️⃣ To Prepare and serve good quality food/meal/snacks/ and both veg. and non-veg fir breakfast/tiffin/high tea and on any other occasion.

2️⃣ To check the avoid wastage, spoilage of food etc.

3️⃣To clean and maintain dinning area including dusting of dinning table and chairs.

4️⃣ Job profile for SC Job- To keep a stock inventory record.

5️⃣ To check all food and others item is available on stock and Food.

6️⃣To collect and clean all cooking utensils/crockery/cutlery before and after its use. and more duties for Cooking knowing post job profile.
