Duration Of Contract-
The contract would initially be for 3 years and can be extended by 2 years based on good performance and the Bank’s needs.
Selection process for Exim bank officer post- Screening and Interview
The job openings are subject to change based on the Bank’s needs. They’ll choose candidates through screening and interviews. The Bank can adjust its staffing as it sees fit. The Bank’s decision will be final.
Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:10 ratio (for example, if there are 2 positions, then a maximum of 20 candidates will be shortlisted for interviews). The Bank’s Selection Panel will create a list from the candidates who meet all the eligibility criteria. This list will be based on the total marks obtained in degree exams. The shortlisting for interviews will consider the total percentage score in Graduation and Post Graduation, as applicable for the respective positions.
The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at either the Bank’s Head Office in Mumbai or the New Delhi office. The Bank won’t provide any travel allowance for attending the interviews. If selected, candidates will be reimbursed for second-class AC fare from their place of stay to the interview city, regardless of the mode of travel, upon showing original receipts.
