BEL Trainee And Project Engineer Salary/Allowance

• Trainee Engineer Allowance I^st year Rs. 30,000 year, II^nd Year 35,000 rupees, III^rd Year 40,000 rupees.
• Project Manager Allowance I^st year Rs. 40,000 year, II^nd Year 45,000 rupees, III^rd Year 50,000 rupees, IV^th Year 55,000 rupees.
• Retention Bonus for Project Engineer. Project engineer I who Completed overall tenure of 4 years will be entitled for retention Bonus of Rs. 25,000/- for every completed year, however the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 4 year Rs. 1 lakh
