Punjab jail Warder Post PMT & PET Measurement-

Only male candidate can apply for warder post

Physical Measurement Test/PMT

• Height 5 feet 7 Inches
• Height 5 feet 4-1/2 inches in case of Dogras and Gurkhas
• Chest 33 unexpended, 34.5 expended
• Vision- Normal in both eyes (with or without spectacles) (must not be Colour blind)

Physical Efficiency Test/PET

For Male Candidate

• 100 Meter Running, 15 second, Only one chance
• Shot put 7.26kg/16 pound, 5.50 meter, Three chance
• Rope climbing, 15 feet (three chances)

For Ex-Servicemen male Candidates 

• 100 Meter running, time 17.5 second, only one chance
• Shot put 7.26kg/16 pound, 5.00 meter, Three chance
• Rope climbing, 12 feet (three chances)

Matron Post PMT & PET Measurement

Only Female candidate can apply for warder post
